Overall a SUCH WONDERFUL stay in the old town. Big hotel with excellent location short walk to centre of Galle Fort. Beautifully decorated room with an incredible view over the town and antique decor. Many things to like: comfy bed, good food, affable staff.

Great value for units with air conditioning and friendly staff. There's a nice selection of goodies for breakfast too! 😊.

Great experience inside the Fort

We got a great walk-in deal at Frangipani Motel which included the best breakfast we've had in a very long time. The family who runs the motel is very sweet and friendly, making us feel super safe during our stay. The rooms have an antique-style feel with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The location is perfect for exploring the cute town inside the Galle Fort. I had a great experience at Frangipani Motel and would definitely recommend it.

During my xmas stay, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. the location was also convenient, being in the heart of the city and close to many attractions. the room was also well-equipped, giving me enough space to move around freely.

the bathroom was not clean and had a pungent smell.
